Built by a founder who got tired of watching calls go to voicemail.

I'm Sean Sasso, the founder of Omni AI. I built this for the same reason most software gets built — I watched the problem happen in front of me too many times to ignore.

Friends and family in the trades — HVAC, plumbing, painting, cleaning — would tell me about the calls they missed. Calls that came in while they were on a roof, in a crawlspace, under a sink, or driving to the next job. The customer wouldn't leave a voicemail. They'd just call the next company on Google. The cost wasn't a missed call — it was a missed year of that customer.

The fix used to require hiring. A receptionist costs $2,800 a month and only works 40 hours a week. Most calls happen outside those 40 hours. Answering services are a half-fix — they take messages but can't book. None of it solved the actual problem for the people I was watching lose work to it.
