  • Billing information (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
  • Business information you provide during onboarding
  • Communications you send to us (email, support tickets)

  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps)
  • Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Call recordings and transcripts generated by the Service (with consent)

Information from third parties

  • Business profile data from Google Places (when you search for your business)
  • Authentication data from Google OAuth (if you sign in with Google)
  • Lead and customer data you import or that is captured through your AI employees

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • To personalize your AI employees and automate workflows on your behalf
  • To process payments and send billing-related communications
  • To send you service notifications and product updates (you may opt out)

  • To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve our platform

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS/calls), Google Cloud (AI infrastructure), Vercel (hosting). Each operates under data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent: Any other sharing with your explicit permission.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in to your account
  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyze usage through analytics tools (Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.

9. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from Omni Business Services LLC (“Omni AI”), the following terms apply:

  • Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our signup form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Omni AI relating to your account, product updates, sales outreach, scheduling, and service communications.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month per active conversation thread.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of future texts. We will send one confirmation message and will not message you again unless you re-opt in.
  • Help: Reply HELP for support, or email privacy@thisisomni.ai.
  • No third-party sharing: Mobile information collected for SMS purposes (phone numbers, opt-in status, message content) is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help us deliver SMS (e.g., Twilio) are bound by contract and data protection terms.
  • Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us at privacy@thisisomni.ai.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
